How do you do that?

It started with aluminum flashing left over from a chimney repair.
I tried to make a printable relief, which failed.
A blacksmith friend Larry Cooper saw, told me about repousse/chasing and made me three tools which resulted in the RedHerrings: http://www.absolutearts.com/kelen/additional-artwork/l-kelen-9.html
Driven by curiosity, I bought Oppi Untracht's book, "Metal Techniques for Craftsmen" at half.com, found http://www.rocioheredia.com
and http://www.valentinyotkov.com/
on the internet showing me what some fine chasing/repousse was...
bought a set of chasing tools off ebay...
some pitch from http://www.northwestpitchworks.com/contact_order.html , and Marcia Lewis' book "Chasing"....and I'm just having a good time.
Thanks for asking.
