4 Boat Landing Trees

 Wish I had access to the trees in the orchard, 

whose company felt similar 

to what I imagine would be a religious sanctuary,

but a pandemic has caused humans to be banned from that realm.

So, I sat instead 

before 4 trees at the boat landing, 

which did help chase anxiety,  supply some calm.

They didn't have the same flowing rhythm of the apple trees, 

but, they did the job.

There are quite a few more.

I'm learning how to get them up.

One by one.

Don't like much the idea of them leaving....

but, it's time to at least open that door.

Some Cottonwood Trees

Too much stress in the air

so with pencil, paper, and small chair

I sat in front of a tree

for a few hours.

Except for the cows,

these are cottonwood trees.

The Sardine Box ALMOST got into the exhibit
but the rules for social distancing demanded more space,
so the "Sardine Box" and the "Sardine Tins"
were eliminated.

eventually he got carried away
