Rocket Barrette

It will be secured to a French made barrette mechanism.
It is 4" end to end.
It is hand chased/repoussed aluminum.
It is signed and dated.
It is one of a kind.
It is really wonderful!
I wish I had long hair.

Sterling Baby Spoon

When it is no longer in use,
as eventually babies get larger,
and need larger spoons,
this sterling fellow will be able to rest on the wall
in it's own hanger,
while it waits for the next baby.

This will be seen in person
and for sale

New MetalHeads

These are the latest two:

The first two metal heads were made crudely and quickly.
I made them out of desperation.
I needed to find something that worked
as Personal Protectors.

  An experiment.
They would reside close to my ears.
They will listen and hear
whatever comes off the radio,
out of speakers, out of mouths,
hearing everything within earshot
in all my surroundings.
They will hear it all.
Absorbing all,
before any of it has a chance to reach MY ears.
They will filter out all bad,
all lies,

and all disturbing noise.

I suppose that's why they have already disturbed expressions.
Knowing these first two would need to be relieved,
I began to make more.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do with them yet.
I make them as needed.
There will be more.

chased, repoussed, honeybee in progress

Wondering how to finish a few pieces,
I began experimenting with an unfinished honeybee.
Needless to say,
I got carried away into a completely different direction.
There will be more.

Trout Days

I've lots of chased/repoussed copper and sterling fish.
Trout and otherwise that I have been meaning to complete.
This year I got sidetracked by a road construction map.
I did, however, experiment with the dullest of the fish.
Now, Mary of Crossroads Coffeehouse will be
appropriately adorned for Trout Days.
This, the third of the Aluminum cuff Bracelets,
may also be part of the Trout Days Adornments.

Aluminum cuff bracelet donated

After so many hours working on the Road Construction Survival Map,
I found some time that I could think about what I could do for Bob's daughter Sarah.
He's holding a fund raiser for her medical bills.
April 25, 2-11PM
Bob's BBQ Emporium
8164 Us Highway 14, Arena, Wisconsin 53503

I just couldn't donate something already done.
Sarah was heavy on my mind.
I needed to grab a hammer and pound.
This one of a kind, cold forged, chased, repoussed cuff bracelet of aluminum
will go to a new home after the silent auction happening
at Bob's BBQ Emporium.
who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.
